Deposit methods

The deposit arrives in 10 minutes or less; if it hasn't appeared by then, send proof of payment to support@instantcasino.com. The current list of methods is always shown in the cashier. We don't charge for deposits; your bank or provider may apply its own fees, particularly for currency conversion. The payment method must be in your name: a deposit made with a third party's card is invalid and its winnings cancelled (clause 6.8 of the terms).

Withdrawals: timing by method

Deposit with the method you want to withdraw to: withdrawals go back to the deposit method by default, on a first-in, first-out basis. Processing is instant on our side; a manual review can take up to 24 hours. After that, the timing depends on the provider.

No withdrawal fee applies once the deposit has been wagered at least once; withdrawing unwagered funds may incur a processing fee (clause 6.15). A withdrawal request can't be edited, but it can be cancelled from the Transactions tab of the Cashier while its status allows.

Caps and limits

These caps are those of clause 8.1 of the terms and apply to the euro account. Personal deposit and time limits, separate from these caps, are set from the Responsible gambling section.

Verification before your first withdrawal

Every withdrawal requires identity verification to be complete (clause 6.17 b). It's automated and takes from a few minutes to an hour, matching the personal details you gave at registration; support tells you which documents your file needs, if any. A complete file from registration avoids waiting on the day you ask for the money.

The "Beneficiary" field must show your first and last name; a withdrawal to another person's account or an excessive number of added payment methods blocks processing. Details are on our AML and KYC page.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin is accepted for deposits and withdrawals alike. Once a withdrawal has been processed, Bitcoin payouts arrive almost instantly, which makes them the quickest way to receive your money. Identity verification applies in the same way as for other methods. Copy the wallet address shown by the cashier and check the network before sending: a blockchain transaction can't be reversed.

Fees, chargebacks and first-in, first-out

We keep payments free of fees wherever possible. A processing fee may apply only if you withdraw a deposit that was never played through (clauses 6.13 and 6.15). Payouts follow the first-in, first-out principle and return to the method you paid in with (clause 6.22). In the event of a chargeback or cancelled deposit, related balances, bonuses and winnings may be cancelled (clauses 6.10 and 6.12).
