Cashing out: how long each takes

Think ahead when you choose how to pay: payouts return to the very method you funded your account with, first in, first out. On our side, requests are processed instantly; in rare cases a manual check may need as long as 24 hours. From there, how fast the money reaches you depends on the method.

Cashing out costs you nothing as long as you've wagered your deposit at least once; if you withdraw money that was never played through, a processing fee may apply (sections 6.13 and 6.15 of our terms). Wherever possible, we keep both deposits and withdrawals completely fee-free for you.

Bitcoin is part of our payment line-up, and it's one of the quickest ways to get paid: once we've processed your request, a crypto withdrawal lands almost instantly. The same minimums apply as for every other method, €20 to deposit and €25 to withdraw, along with the same €4,000 daily, €10,000 weekly and €20,000 monthly withdrawal limits. Verification is just as mandatory as it is for cards. Before sending, copy the wallet address exactly as the cashier shows it and double-check it, because blockchain transfers can't be reversed.
